A fast single-screen view of annual global tree-cover loss, built on the Hansen/UMD Global Forest Change dataset (via Our World in Data) and FAO forest-area change. It is not a replacement for the full Global Forest Watch research platform, and it does not carry live GLAD-L/RADD daily alerts, which require an authenticated GFW API key.
